We hope you love your product from BEACHKIND. However if you are not entirely satisfied, we are pleased to return any unworn and undamaged non-sale items

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We are pleased to offer our customers in the UK Free Returns via DPD Local.

Your order will arrive with a returns label which should be attached to the front of the DPD Express Package and returned from ANY of the thousands of DPD drop off points.

Just go to https://www.dpdlocal.co.uk/ and go to 'Find your local parcel shop'

3) - Insert Post Code and leave package at selected location (there are thousands of locations to choose from!)

4) - Once received and inspected by BEACHKIND, the monies will be returnd into your account within 5 business days.

Whilst we value all of our global customers, unfortunately at this time we cannot offer free returns from outside of the UK. But our 14 day returns policy still applies.

*All items from the website can be returned, except those that are mentioned otherwise. In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, returned items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded nor exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet after being approved, please first check your bank account again. Refunds can take several days to apply to your account after being processed by BEACHKIND. Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please return the item in the process described above.

Please then select online the preferred item, and this will be shipped to you as per our shipping policy. 

BEACHKIND will pay for the shipment of the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, send us an email at info@beachkind.com and return the item to be exchanged using the above method.
