Must I create an account?
Yes, to make a purchase through BEACHKIND online, you must create an account with your payment and shipping details.

I’m having trouble logging into my account
Your login information is your email address, and if you have forgotten your password you can simply click the “Forgot password” link.

How do I update my account details?
You can update your account information anytime by logging into your account and editing your profile.

How do I unsubscribe from all emails?
Simply click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from BEACHKIND and you will automatically be unsubscribed from our mailing list. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

 

Purchase Process

How do I know which size to choose?
Each designer has a size guide linked from their main page. Please carefully review those measurements and measure yourself accordingly, as sizing does vary.

Can I use a promotional code or discount?
Yes, please enter your code in the appropriate space provided before you check out.

What payment types are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay + PayPal are all accepted by BEACHKIND online.

Can I purchase a gift for someone else?
Of course! Simply mark the item as a gift at check out. You can also purchase a gift card by contacting us by phone or by email.

How can I change the currency?
Use the drop-down menu at the top of our page to change from GBP to USD, EUR, or CAD.

What does Final Sale mean?
No returns or refunds will be allowed for Final Sale items.

 

Taxes + Delivery

Are taxes added to my purchase?
Taxes are included in the purchase price, so there is no additional tax owed at the time of purchase.

Do you deliver to my country?
BEACHKIND delivers worldwide, but the cost and time for delivery will vary based on your location. Please review our Shipping Policy for more details.

How much will the delivery cost?
Costs will vary based on your location and the speed of delivery you choose. We partnered with DPD for the best delivery option available, which you can read more about in our Shipping Policy details.

How long will delivery take?
Orders submitted by 2pm in the UK can be delivered next day at our flat shipping rate. US customers can expect to receive their deliveries within 4-6 days. Find out more in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?
DPD offers you a full SMS or email service to track your order all the way down to a 15-minute delivery slot.

Can I change or cancel my order?
